Data Conversion Strategies (Native File or Full Conversion)

Encore helps our clients choose the data processing solutions that are right for their case: to review documents in their native file format or convert to a standard image format. We are equally adept at providing either solution or a hybrid of the two. We will explain the benefits and weaknesses of each review solution so our client can choose the option that best meets its requirements.

Once the data has been converted, we will help design a review strategy that addresses time and economic constraints. We can create a solution utilizing an in-house system, or help develop a hosted Web-based strategy.

At Encore, we understand that accurate reporting is essential to the overall management of the case. We provide a set of reports in a hyperlinked format that accurately account for all processed files, non-processed files, exceptions, duplicates, and filtering results.
